The footage shows the woman driving a Hyundai i20 at high speed while the girl sits forward in her seat and close enough to lean on the dashboard.

The woman does not seem to make any effort to control the child.
The person who posted the footage said he filmed it while sitting in the passenger seat of another car driving down the highway.
The footage is garnering attention after being posted on TikTok this week.
“No seat belt on the child in front, wtf…,” read the caption, accompanied by the hashtag #momoftheyear.
The bulk of the comments expressed shock at the frame.
“Even if she suddenly breaks down a bit, this kid will hit her face on the dashboard. How could she put her at such risk? said one comment.
However, some people speculated that the child might have come loose from her car seat and the driver was unable to restrain her until she could find a safe place to stop.
