TikTok star Jehane Thomas, 30, dies days after sharing tearful video
TikTok star and mother of two Jean Thomas has died.
Jaehan, 30, tragically passed away on Friday, according to her loved ones, and the sad news came just days after she shared a tearful video in which she told followers she was in excruciating pain.
The loving mother, originally from Doncaster, is survived by sons Isaac, three, and Elijah, one.
For months, Jehan has been using her social media to document her struggles with her excruciating migraines.
According to MailOnline, the blogger has also been diagnosed with a painful condition called optic neuritis, which is the result of inflammation of the optic nerve.
Many of the recent videos Jaehan shared with her 67,000 followers were filmed in the hospital, but just five days ago, she tearfully filmed herself at home.
Trying to sum up how painful her headaches were, Jaehan told her fans, “Second day after my week-long stay in the hospital, and as you can see, one of my pressure migraines came back.”
Jane continued: “Isaac was late this morning because I was physically unable to get up to walk or take him to school.
— I took one of my pills. This is the second pill I’ve taken since I’ve been at home, and I only have six of them, so I’m not quite sure what to do when I run out.”
Jehan added, “I just called my neurologist’s office for advice and they said I should go back to the hospital, but I physically can’t lie in this bed anymore.”
A day later, on Wednesday, Jehan was admitted to the hospital again, however, she no longer shared the video, and her close friend Alix Rist confirmed on the GoFundMe page on Saturday that Jehan had died.
The loving mom’s last Instagram post was posted six days ago and she was seen petting her two little sons.
Sharing the photo, Jehan wrote in part, “6 days in the hospital and I’m finally home with my boys.
“It was a really tough week, not only physically but also mentally. I missed these two so much and feel like they both grew a lot while I was gone.”
She added: “I may be at home, but I am still struggling with these migraines as nothing has been done to help them after a whole week of being there and I would rather self-medicate at home than stay at home. bed on my own all day and night.
“I may not be corrected, but I will not give up.”
