Bartholomew first placed the toads in the freezer and then showed them sliced on a cutting board.
He then panes them before frying them in oil.
Then the camera shows how people eat the legs of a cane toad.
“It’s actually 10 times better than I thought,” says one man.
“Damn tasty.”
The audience was, to put it mildly, alarmed.
“Sorry, but no, no, no,” commented one person.
“No way…” said another.
“Someone call the police,” one comment said.
“What a holey hackers I just stumbled upon,” said another.
Another commenter put it simply when they said, “Fuck that.”
But not everyone was against the act, with one person commenting, “I heard they taste a bit like chicken.”
Bartholomew has posted a host of other culinary content designed to shock viewers, including a video of him cooking eggs benedict on a hot cross bun and another where he pretends to cut his hand while chopping an onion.
