“The faff factor of this recipe is minimal, and the biggest annoyance is having to shop for bread (with a little anchovies thrown into the mix).
“While all the ingredients are delicious on their own, together they don’t taste as great as TikTok believed me to, which suggests my measurements are a little off.
“Do I need more vodka? Less? Salted butter perhaps?

“I added what I thought was one measure (it was a double measure) and about 4 heaping tablespoons of butter.
“I’ll tell you right off the bat, it took some effort to get the vodka to mix well with the oil, so add more oil than you think you might need.
“Still, because of this, I now have a lot of vodka oil, and I don’t know what to do with it. Will it freeze well like regular vodka? Let’s find out.
