Coco Jones Reacts to Getting Mistaken for Jennifer Hudson – Tikmusics

Fans saw double while watching The Jennifer Hudson Show on Wednesday (March 22) when Coco Jones joined american idol alum on the couch as a guest.

Are we similar to you? Hudson asked the audience, who burst into applause in agreement.

When asked if she is often mistaken for Hudson, Jones responded, “I come across it so often that honestly, at this point, I’m just playing it.” She then began to jokingly sing the opening lines to Hudson’s incredible rendition of the song. dream girls track “And I’m telling you that I won’t go.”

The talk show host then agreed that she, too, was getting comments about the similarities. “People say, ‘Who would you like to play? And I see your name keeps coming up,” she said before the “ICU” singer responded, “Stop playing with me. I’m ready for this moment.”

Jones continued: “I take it as a compliment because you know you have been such an influence in my life. Just watching you, another beautiful black woman, kill him. This is my motivation.”
