Taylor Swift fans celebrate the premiere of the highly anticipated Eras tour.
During a concert at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Friday (March 17), Swift performed a whopping 44 songs from her 10 studio albums. The stadium tour marks Swift’s first full tour in five years, primarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“That’s how you put on a show, Taylor Swift, you’re crazy,” said one fan. tweeted along with a photo collage of Swift’s numerous clothing changes during the show.
During the 3 hour and 15 minute show, Swift travels through each of his eras one by one, showcasing four original studio albums – Beloved, folklore, forever And midnight – She recorded after her 2018 Reputation Tour. The Swifties took to social media before, during and after the Eras tour kicked off on Friday, sharing dazzling photos and gorgeous videos of the spectacular production of the concert. “The #TSTheErasTour aesthetic is CRAZY,” a fan wrote on Twitter along with snapshots of spectacular scenery. Another Swiftie added“It was a show that just kept on giving oh my GOD.”
Some visitors even wondered if the experience was real or a figment of their imagination. “Good morning, I think I was at a Taylor Swift concert last night, right? #TSTheErasTour”, they tweeted.
The Eras tour continues on Saturday (March 18) with a second show in Glendale, Arizona, which has been temporarily renamed Swift City in honor of the artist’s arrival. Supporting the hike is an ever-changing opening line-up, including Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, The Girl in Red, Muna, Haim, Gale, Gracie Abrams and Owenn.
